Useful intelligence starts with clear boundaries.
Humantic is designed around source visibility, human judgment, and an explicit agreement about which work communication is in scope.
Show the source. Ask the question. Keep the person accountable.
Trace the facts
An operational record should lead back to the observations and events that support it. The original context matters, especially when the record informs a decision.
Expose uncertainty
An ambiguous location or an incomplete report should become a clarification request. Your team can confirm or correct the understanding.
Preserve human control
Consequential outputs are reviewed by the responsible person. Clarification, approval, and sign-off remain visible parts of the workflow.
Participation should be understandable.
The scope is connected work communication: the operational channels, sources, and responsibilities agreed for the deployment.
People should know which work channels are connected, what they contribute, and how that information is used. The purpose is to make operational knowledge useful and return help to the people doing the work.
- Define the work channels in scope.
- Exclude private conversations and personal channels.
- Preserve context and attribution.
- Use the intelligence to support the work, rather than score or rank workers.
The value comes from what is yours.
Your people’s observations, your operational records, and your verified expertise are the substance of the system. Customer intelligence should remain under the customer’s ownership, with the terms and controls established in the deployment agreement.
Ownership, permitted data use, access, retention, export, and deletion should be resolved before a deployment begins. We will work through your requirements with the people responsible for the implementation.
The details belong in the conversation.
Every buyer has a different environment. These are the areas to resolve together before connecting operational data.
Hosting & data location
Where the service and data run, and whether that meets your organization’s requirements.
Access & separation
Who can access which information, how access is controlled, and how customer environments are separated.
Retention & deletion
What needs to be retained, for how long, and the agreed process for export and deletion.
Models & data use
Which processing services are involved and how customer information may be used.
Protection & response
The applicable safeguards, monitoring, and responsibilities when an issue needs attention.
Assurance & procurement
The evidence, contractual commitments, and reviews your security and procurement teams require.
Before you get started.
Does Humantic need access to personal messages?
The deployment is scoped to authorized work communication. Personal channels and private conversations are outside that scope.
Can someone check or correct an interpretation?
Yes. Humantic exposes the sources behind the record and surfaces clarification requests. Confirming and correcting its understanding is part of the operator’s role.
Does Humantic make operational decisions on its own?
The deployment defines the work it may prepare and the review points it must observe. Consequential outputs go to the responsible person for a decision; routine structuring and drafting happen in the background.
Where can we find technical security documentation?
